Service Times and Location

Friendship Chapel gathers for Sunday Worship every week at 10:00 AM, with opening prayer beginning promptly at 9:55 AM.

We’re located in Wake Forest, NC, just outside Raleigh, near the growing communities of Rolesville, Zebulon, and Wendell. You’ll find us at 237 Friendship Chapel Road, Wake Forest, NC 27587—just past the train tracks.

What can I expect? 

When you arrive, our friendly team will be there to welcome you in our main lobby. Our worship service lasts about 90 minutes and includes heartfelt prayer, dynamic music—from soul-stirring hymns to powerful selections from our choirs and praise teams, featuring contemporary and upbeat-infused setlists—and a time to greet your neighbors and worship through generosity.

After that, Pastor Eley delivers an impactful, convicting, and encouraging message to carry you through the week ahead.

Are there any special Sundays to Note? 

Every Sunday in God’s presence is special, but we also take time to celebrate the diversity of our worship in unique ways:

• First Sundays – We close our service with Communion, honoring the sacrifice of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

• Third Sundays – Our young people lead the way with Youth Emphasis/Takeover Sunday, bringing fresh energy and engagement to worship.

What about my kids? 

We’re so glad you asked! At Friendship, we offer Children’s and Youth Church for ages 5-17 on the 1st, 2nd, and 4th Sundays, where kids can engage with the gospel in a way that speaks to them. On these Sundays, children and youth will join the main worship service for the first 20-25 minutes before being dismissed to their classes by age group and grade level. (On 3rd Sundays, they actively participate in the full worship experience.)

For parents with little ones not yet old enough for Children’s Church, we provide a self-serve nursery—a comfortable space where you can tend to your child, let them play, and continue watching worship on our screens.

What should I wear to worship? 

At Friendship, we truly mean it when we say—come as you are! As a multigenerational and diverse church, you’ll see everything from Sunday best to business casual, dressy casual, or relaxed attire. Our focus is on worshiping God and being fueled by the Word—so wear what makes you comfortable and ready to receive!

Is there a place for me to meet someone or ask questions?

Feel free to approach any member of our church or anyone serving at Friendship with questions—they’ll be happy to assist you! If you'd like a more intimate conversation or have specific inquiries, members of our Pastoral and Administrative Leadership Team, as well as our Christian Education and Ministry Formation Team, are available after the service.
